The Safer Drivers Course is designed by Transport for NSW. The Safer Drivers Course teaches learner drivers how to reduce road risks. Learners who complete the Safer Drivers Course receive 20 hours of log book credits.

Shellharbour City Driving School delivers the Safer Drivers Course on behalf of National Driver Education N.D.E. as its subcontractor.

The Course consists of :-  Module 1  -  

3 hr in-class Facilitator led class with Debbie (up to 12 Learners)

                                              Module 2  - 

2 hr in-car driving/coaching session  - 2 Learners and a Local Professional Driving      Instructor/Accredited coach.                                                                                                                   The Safer Driver Course is Government subsidised- the Cost: $140

 

To be eligible for the course you must:

●      Hold a NSW Learners Licence

●      Be under 25 years old

●      Have completed a minimum 50 hours of on road driving hours (not counting any bonus hours gained from the 3 for 1 bonus scheme)
